Job description

Job Description ob Title: Electrician Location: Boise, ID Project Duration: TBD Schedule: Monday - Saturday (6-day workweek) Pay: Competitive, based on experience (Per diem details to be confirmed) Job Overview: We are currently hiring experienced Electricians for a construction project in Boise, Idaho. Candidates should have a strong background in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial or industrial environments. This is a full-time, temporary position with daily per diem available for qualifying out-of-town workers.

Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with project specs and NEC standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Troubleshoot and test electrical systems for proper function and safety compliance.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Adhere strictly to OSHA and site-specific safety guidelines. Work cooperatively with other trades and supervisors to meet deadlines.

Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of electrical experience in construction, commercial, or industrial settings. Licensing: Journeymen: Valid Idaho Journeyman Electrician License (or ability to obtain). Apprentices: Must be actively enrolled in a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program.

Skills: Ability to read schematics, bend and install conduit, perform panel installation, and complete terminations. Tools & PPE: Must supply own basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, gloves, work boots, safety glasses, etc.). Physical Requirements: Must be able to work outdoors in all weather, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs

Additional Information: Daily per diem is available for qualified travelers (amount to be finalized). Must be dependable, punctual, and available for the full project duration.
