Job Description Per Diem School Psychologist (Evaluation Specialist) Location: Greater Wayne County / Metro Detroit Area (Redford Area), MI Position Type: Per Diem Current Need: Immediate assignment to complete approximately 10 student evaluations About Us: A Retention-First Educational Partner At e&e Educational Partners, we connect local school communities with specialized clinical and educational talent. Founded by a 20-year special education veteran, our partner model focuses on providing qualified clinicians with total flexibility, high hourly pay, and straightforward, professional support. We are currently seeking a certified School Psychologist for a per diem evaluation assignment serving a school community in the Redford, MI area.

This position focuses strictly on completing an immediate caseload of approximately 10 comprehensive psychological assessments, re-evaluations, and report writings. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct multi-factored psychological evaluations and re-evaluations to assess cognitive functioning, academic performance, social-emotional health, and behavioral needs. Report Authoring: Produce clear, compliant, and timely psychological evaluation reports in accordance with MARSE (Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education) and IDEA guidelines.

MET/IEP Participation: Attend and present evaluation findings at Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) meetings and IEP team conferences (in-person or virtually, as agreed upon with district leadership). Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and allied health staff to collect student performance data, classroom observations, and functional behavioral assessments. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Specialist (Psy.S.) or Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited university program

Licensure/Certification: Active Michigan School Psychologist Certificate (or Preliminary School Psychologist Certificate) issued by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), or a fully licensed Doctoral-level Psychologist (LARA). Clearance: Ability to pass standard MDE background checks and Livescan fingerprinting. Experience: Proven experience conducting K-12 special education evaluations and authoring compliant MET reports within Michigan public schools or charter networks.
