What is a Per Diem Piling Rig Operator?

A Per Diem Piling Rig Operator is a skilled construction worker who operates heavy machinery called piling rigs on a per diem, or daily, basis. Working per diem means they are often hired for specific projects or short-term assignments and may travel to various job sites.
