Job Functions:- Analyze Operations reports for increased accuracy for producing payroll
- Assist with Human Resources processes that involve payroll - sick, vacation, medical and personal leave, furlough and recall
- Work with Operations staff to increase database products
- Document existing processes and innovate and improve them
- Interface with IT for the development of Operations Systems
- Per diem/rig calculations and report
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:- High level of organizational skills and accuracy of data input
- Must possess a High School diploma or GED
- Ability to delegate duties and instructions to insure task completion
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an office environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Job Skills:- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures of 121and 117 regulations
- Knowledge of Flight Operations Department
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
Physical Requirements:- Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
- Light to moderate lifting is required
- Comply with ATI attendance requirements
