A Per Diem Piling Rig Operator is a skilled construction worker who operates heavy machinery called piling rigs on a per diem, or daily, basis. Working per diem means they are often hired for specific projects or short-term assignments and may travel to various job sites. They must have specialized training, follow strict safety guidelines, and be able to interpret construction plans. This role is vital for ensuring the stability and safety of large structures.
