We're looking for an experienced Commercial Airline Pilot to join our flight operations team based in Stamford, United States. As a Commercial Airline Pilot, you will be responsible for safely operating aircraft, ensuring passenger safety, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and operational excellence. You will work collaboratively with flight crews, air traffic control, and ground personnel to execute efficient and compliant flight operations while adhering to all FAA regulations and company procedures.
  • Operate aircraft safely and efficiently, maintaining strict adherence to all FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and systems checks to ensure aircraft airworthiness and passenger safety
  • Develop and execute precise flight plans, analyzing weather conditions, fuel requirements, and optimal routing
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control, cabin crew, and ground personnel to coordinate all aspects of flight operations
  • Make decisive, analytical decisions during normal and emergency situations to ensure the safety of passengers and crew
  • Monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout all phases of flight, from takeoff through landing
  • Maintain detailed flight logs and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and support first officers and junior pilots, demonstrating leadership and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Stay current with aircraft type ratings, recurrent training, and proficiency requirements

Qualifications
  • Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings
  • Minimum of 1,500 flight hours, with significant experience in multi-engine aircraft operations
  • Current Type Rating for the aircraft operated by our organization
  • First Class Medical Certificate valid for the duration of employment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulations, aviation safety protocols, and standard operating procedures
  • Strong technical proficiency with modern avionics systems and flight management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and coordinate effectively with crew members
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex flight scenarios and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in flight planning, navigation, and weather analysis
  • Crew Resource Management (CRM) certification and training
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to pre-flight preparation and documentation
  • Previous airline or commercial aviation experience
  • Advanced flight training or additional type ratings
  • Experience mentoring or training junior pilots
  • Familiarity with modern glass cockpit technology and automated flight systems
