Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist for a flexible per diem or part-time opportunity in Findlay, NW Ohio. Join a growing cancer program supported by an experienced oncology team, comprehensive specialty services, and a physician-led health system.
Opportunity Highlights
- Flexible per diem or part-time schedule
- Outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consultation as needed
- Established referral base including breast, colon, lung, prostate, and hematologic malignancies
- Join three Hematology/Oncology physicians and two APPs
- 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage
- Support from 54 specialties, including Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology
- Mayo Clinic Care Network access, including eConsults, AskMayoExpert, eBoards, and Grand Rounds
- Independent, physician-led health system with local decision-making and practice autonomy
Compensation
- Outpatient clinic: $3,350/8-hour day ($418.75/hour)
- Weekday clinic call: $500/day
- Clinic coverage beyond 8 hours: $150/hour
- Weekday call only: $600/day
- Weekend call: $1,800/day
- Telehealth: $300/hour
