Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Java Developer for a contract position. The role involves programming in Java and working with Spring-based projects in a cloud environment, requiring expertise in various technologies including SQL, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least 5 years of experience with Programming in Java, Spring-based projects in a cloud environment
• Expertise in Core Java 8 and above
• Expertise in Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Data-JPA
• Deep knowledge in SQL, Hibernate, Maven, Jenkins
• Good Knowledge in Microservices architecture and patterns
• Good knowledge in Oracle/Postgres/MongoDB databases
• Good knowledge in messaging architecture - Kafka to be specific
• Knowledge in Cloud/Container technologies Docker, Kubernetes / Openshift. AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Spring Cloud
• Experience in working with Agile Methodologies. Scrum or Kanban
Preferred:
• US Citizens, GC, EAD ( H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders preferred
