Join Our Team as an ICU Registered Nurse!

We are seeking experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a premier healthcare facility in Tallahassee, Florida. This per diem opportunity is ideal for clinicians who excel in high-acuity environments and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

As an ICU RN, you will provide specialized care to critically ill patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, monitor, and care for critically ill adult patients.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders.
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and other critical care equipment.
  • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Adhere to all facility policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

✅ Active Florida RN License

✅ Current Florida Driver's License

✅ Current BLS Certification

✅ Current ACLS Certification

✅ Minimum of 2 Years of Current ICU Experience Required (within the last 2 years)

✅ Strong critical care assessment and clinical decision-making skills

✅ Experience caring for high-acuity patients

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
