Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - TREASURE COAST

Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem PTs!

Therapists will provide home based services such as evaluations, assessment and treatment.

Requirements:

Florida State PT License

CPR Certification

Malpractice Insurance

Recent Physical Exam

3 Years PT experience

Qualifications:

Must be patient oriented

Have excellent communication and written skills

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized

Experience:

Home Health PT: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

Physical Therapy License (Required)
