  • Administer medications and manage treatments in accordance with facility protocols and clinical standards.

  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate documentation within the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for residents.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee (or valid Compact/NLC license).
  • Certification: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of general clinical nursing experience preferred (e.g., rehab, long-term care, med-surg, or outpatient). Again, zero behavioral health experience is required!
  • Skills: Strong communication, clinical judgment, and a warm, positive attitude.
  • Compliance: Must successfully pass standard background checks and drug screening.
