Job description

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention.

Pay range:

Hourly$60.41 - $90.62
A PET/CT Technologist works with the Medical Imaging leadership and medical director to develop operating policies and procedures. Performs diagnostic PET/CT exams within these established guidelines. Also covers other modalities within molecular imaging as needed (Rb-82 cardiac, oncology, brain PETCT). Serves as a role model and resource within the department.
Per Diem / Variable Shifts mainly covering weekends
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an associate's degree through an accredited Nuclear Medicine program or completion of formal military or hospital-based Nuclear Medicine program required. BA or BS degree preferred.
  • ARRT(N) or NMTCB required. Annual renewal of ARRT or NMTCB required by Overlake Hospital, with evidence of same by primary source verification.
  • ARRT(CT) or NMTCB (CT) registration required.
  • State Certification as Radiologic Technologist required. Biannual renewal of RT state license required by DOH and Overlake Hospital, with evidence of same by primary source verification.
  • Healthcare Level CPR required upon hire.
  • Two years nuclear medicine experience required. PET experience preferred.
