Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A per diem opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to provide full-week coverage at a managed pharmacy in Keokuk, Iowa. This role supports an FQHC/340B pharmacy program, working Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, opening and closing the pharmacy, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a retail/community pharmacy setting. While prior experience with 340B programs is highly preferred, it is not mandatory.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Iowa pharmacist license
• Experience in retail or community pharmacy operations
• Ability to open and close the pharmacy and oversee technician staff
• Previous 340B pharmacy experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Datascan by WinPharm is beneficial
