Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Supports food productions goals and ongoing farm maintenance through daily tasks such as seeding, planting, watering, weeding and general garden upkeep
  • Process Vegetables for distribution including harvesting, washing and bunching
  • Identify and keep to a growing schedule
  • Maintain Gardening inventory as well as maintain inventory of the supplies and identify when additional supplies are needed in accordance with their budget constraints
  • Serve as positive role model for other workers and volunteers for the farm program
  • Work in collaboration with PROS staff to support visits from funders, elected officials, Catholic Health dignitaries and others
  • Collaborate on special events on the farm such as fundraisers and community events.
