Location: Harris and Montgomery county, Texas covering Tomball, Spring, Houston, Cypress, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, New Caney, Splendora, etc

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing fundamental patient care and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients under the supervision of the nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.

  • Help clients with mobility by assisting in walking, exercising, and transferring them to and from beds and wheelchairs.

  • Report vital information change on client conditions to staff and document care accurately.

  • Ensure a clean and safe environment by maintaining client hygiene and tidying up patient rooms.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective care plans for clients.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid Texas license/certification in good standing

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen

  • Strong communication and compassion for patients

  • Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting and assisting patients.
