Blue Water Spa and Blue Water Plastic Surgery, an established and highly regarded plastic surgery practice and medical spa, is seeking a full-time Concierge Services team member. As the first point of contact for our guests, your friendly and welcoming demeanor is crucial in ensuring the highest quality care. Help them check in, provide any necessary paperwork, and ensure they feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment they arrive. • Appointment Management: Assist guests with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments. Maintain a well-organized appointment schedule and notify the appropriate staff of any changes. • Information and Assistance: Answer guest inquiries about our services, products, and promotions. You'll be their go-to source for information and guidance. • Customer Service Excellence: Handle guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring that issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction. Your ability to empathize and connect with our guests will set the tone for their experience. • Retail Sales Support: Promote and sell medical grade skin care products to guests, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences. Your product knowledge will enhance the client experience and contribute to our team's success. • Maintain a Serene Environment: Keep the spa reception area clean, tidy, and tranquil, creating a pleasant atmosphere for clients while they wait. Your attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence. • This role requires two Saturdays per month and evenings until 7:00 pm. Qualifications: • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills are essential; prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. We value individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others. • Communication and Organization: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are vital for this position.
