We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and more beverages. We have the exclusive rights to make, sell, and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states.

We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers' warehouses nationally. And we make, sell, and distribute to our customers' warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small, but growing part of our business.

Production Line Lead Role Overview

Ensures that all production machinery is operated in a safe and efficient manner.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Operates production machinery as required.
  • Monitors equipment for proper operation, changes equipment as required, and informs maintenance mechanics of any mechanical problems.
  • Serves as first level of defense for production floor problem solving, before escalating to Supervisor.
  • Communicates to Supervisor any production floor issues.
  • Acts as back-up for Production Technicians.
  • Serves as a resource for production technicians to resolve questions and technical issues.
  • Oversees production line operations during absence of Production Supervisor.
  • Understands and follows PQI standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of related field experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Mechanical ability, manual dexterity, physical stamina and reading comprehension skills required.
  • Must demonstrate time management, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to use a personal computer for data entry.
  • Must be able to successfully complete the forklift certification.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
