Pepsi Beverages United States (PBUS) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

The Delivery District Lead is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to deliver orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

1. Manage a group of delivery drivers.
2. Answer field customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer service.
3. Ensure store delivery time windows are met daily.
4. Work proactively with sales representatives and warehouse operations to understand the needs of the customers and sales force.
5. Coach, lead and develop drivers to support the sales organization and improve daily productivity via gate-to-gate route rides regularly (ideally 2x/week, minimum).
6. Maintain process improvement to further enhance productivity of deliveries.
7. Ensure compliance of Department of Transportation and PBNA safety standards.
8. Conduct team meetings and safety training to ensure that preventive measures are enforced.
9. Demonstrate strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
10. Demonstrated results in improving business performance through leadership.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

• A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings (2 am - 4 am start), evenings and/or weekends.
• Class A, CDL certified not mandatory but strongly recommended.
• DOT knowledge and operational management background.
• Previous retail / sales experience is a plus.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
• Possess very strong organizational, problem-solving and prioritizing skills.
• Have a highly developed sense of urgency.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Safe driving record strongly preferred.
