Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Parts Clerk MEM to join our team!

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and more beverages. We have the exclusive rights to make, sell, and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states.
We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers' warehouses nationally. And we make, sell, and distribute to our customers' warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small, but growing part of our business.

Parts Clerk MEM Role Overview
Orders, receives, and tracks purchases for production and building equipment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with technicians to assure that supplies are on-hand for MEM equipment repairs.
  • Disburses requested parts to the appropriate technicians.
  • Maintains an inventory of parts received and disbursed.
  • Reviews inventory to ensure supplies are recorded in the computer system and are reordered as needed.
  • Inspects parts and supplies for good quality and condition.
  • Creates purchase order numbers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid NC Driver's License required.
  • Knowledge of basic vending and fountain equipment required.
  • Mechanical and some electrical skills required.
  • Good math and PC skills required.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • SAP and inventory knowledge preferred.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Must be able to obtain company license to operate light vehicles and certification to operate forklift.
  • Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
