Job Description:Pepsi Cola Manhattan is a leading beverage distributor located in Manhattan, KS. The Warehouse Order Picker position is responsible for building retail orders for next-day delivery. This crucial position requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will be expected to be productive and complete all assigned instructions in an organized and efficient manner.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, palletize, and merchandise product in compliance with company standardsVerify totals picked and attention to detail to find and correct mistakesMaintain a professional, team relationship with co-workers and customersIn Retailer beverage sections fill shelves, rotate product, maintain product levels & shelf allocation, clean and organize back roomOperate pallet jack and/or forklift after completing required training courseQualifications & RequirementsMust be 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) requiredNo experience necessary will perform on the job trainingCandidates must be able to lift products from 10lbs to 25lbs on a regular basis and up to 50lbsThis position requires you to be on your feet 95% of the dayBenefitsCompetitive hourly wage based on experience ($15 - $22 per hour).Paid Time Off (PTO) - vacation and holidays.Retirement Plan - Simple IRA with company match.Health Insurance - medical, dental, and vision coverage.Flexible spending account - medical and daycareLife insurance and disability benefits
