Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday starting at 8:00 AM!

Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to meet customer needs through delivering snack and beverage products to assigned customers, and merchandising product in a manner to increase sales.

Essential Job Functions

  • Deliver and merchandise snack and beverage products to assigned customers
  • Display and rotate products according to Company standards
  • Load and unload delivery truck daily
  • Create invoices for products sold to vending machines and collect cash
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Maintain snack equipment and vehicle to company standards including cleanliness
  • Prepare, receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of product
  • Reconcile route and finalize end of day paperwork
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations
  • Complete pre-and post-trip inspections
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • A commercial driver's license as required for assigned route
  • A driving record that meets LinPepCo's Policy on Driver Records
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Snack software
  • Basic knowledge of handhelds, computers and tablets
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Skills in problem solving, judgement and decision making
  • Ability to provide attention to detail
  • Ability to work with others

*Not required for individuals 16 and 17 years of age who report to a single account

Working Environment

Work generally takes place in customer accounts. There may be exposure to a variety of conditions at customer account, including dust and foul odors. Individuals must be able to manipulate a two-wheel dolly.
