PEX Detroit, a division of Peoples Express, is committed to providing safe, clean, and reliable transportation throughout the Detroit community. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing team.
Position SummaryThe Porter plays a key role in keeping our vehicles clean, fueled, organized, and ready for daily service. This is a hands-on position where your work directly impacts safety, professionalism, and operational success.
ResponsibilitiesClean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
Fuel vehicles and maintain accurate gas logs
Complete pre-trip checklists and required documentation
Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and organized garage area
Safely operate company vehicles as needed
Valid Michigan Driver's License with a safe driving record
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Vehicle detailing experience preferred, but not required
On-the-job training provided. We're willing to train the right candidate who brings strong work ethic and pride in their work.
