Job description

As a Sales Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming sales data into actionable business insights that support decision-making across the Sales organization. The role focuses on analyzing data from various sales systems, maintaining and developing reporting solutions and enabling business users to effectively leverage data to improve sales performance and execution.

Other responsibilities:

  • provide data-driven insights that support commercial decision-making and sales performance improvement across the Sales organization
  • analyze sales, distribution, execution and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas requiring corrective actions
  • partner with Sales stakeholders, including Field Sales, Key Account Management and Wholesale teams, to deliver meaningful analyses and business recommendations
  • design, develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards and analytical tools that enable effective performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making
  • lead and support customer targeting, segmentation and sales incentive processes by ensuring the availability and accuracy of relevant data
  • drive continuous improvement of reporting standards, data structures and analytical processes to increase efficiency and business value
  • ensure high levels of data quality, consistency and reliability across all sales reporting and analytical platforms
  • enable business users to leverage data independently through user-friendly reporting solutions, analytical tools and knowledge sharing
  • act as a subject matter expert in sales data and systems, providing analytical support, guidance and recommendations to commercial teams

For this role as a Sales Systems Analyst, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, commercial excellence, reporting, or a similar analytical role
  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets
  • experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar)
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • understanding of sales processes, KPIs, customer segmentation, and performance management principles
  • experience working with sales systems (e.g., SFA, CRM, sell-out, distribution data) would be an advantage
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights in a clear and business-oriented way
  • high attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset
  • fluent English, both written and spoken
