Join Carroll Hospital's MedSurg 4 South Department team as a Patient Care Tech! As a CNA on our Medical unit, you will be a valued clinician on the patient's care team! This position is essential in providing high-quality, patient-centered care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities: Assist nurses by gathering patient data through observation, obtaining vital signs, and performing point-of-care testing. Perform routine patient care procedures safely and competently. Ensure timely communication and documentation, including reporting significant patient changes to nursing staff. Provide frequent rounding and fall prevention interventions; remain with high-risk patients when needed. Support patient flow through timely admissions, transfers, and discharges, including documentation and removal of IV locks. Collaborate with nursing staff to support a positive and efficient care environment. Qualifications Current Maryland CNA License Basic Life Support (BLS)

Pay Range: $20.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
