SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Nyes Rd - Suite E office hosts all Cardiac/Vascular needs among the Penn State Health Nyes Road offices! This office typically sees 90 patients/day and operates primarily on an 8-hour shift during the work week.
The hired Medical Office Associate (MOA) will be responsible for handling the patient check-in and check-out process, scheduling, and collecting patient co-pays. Moreover, the hired MOA will oversee the E-message pool to answer/sort patient inquiries and handle insurance verification.
Nyes Rd - Suite E is seeking an MOA with great enthusiasm and customer service ability! If you are seeking to join a team that takes team building to the next level and hosts weekly food trucks - Nyes Rd Suite E is the office for you!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
