- Serve as a key liaison between Operations and IT.
- Travel frequently to field offices and drilling and completions sites to provide hands-on support and guidance to field personnel on the use of Wellview and Siteview.
- Own the functional roadmap for Peloton WellView, SiteView, and Peloton Frac.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Lead application enhancements, integrations, reporting, and workflow improvements.
- Champion data governance, quality, and operational reporting.
- Provide field support, training, and change management.
- Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption.

Typical Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline preferred (Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
- 3–5+ years supporting upstream oil & gas operations, with direct exposure to drilling and completions operations.
- Experience with Peloton applications and business analysis.
- Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Spotfire, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
