Pella Windows and Doors of Southern New England, serving Southeastern MA, Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and Rhode Island, provides high-quality window and door solutions.

Role Overview

Weโ€™re seeking a full-time Service Technician to perform field service and repairs on Pella products. Youโ€™ll troubleshoot, install, and maintain windows/doors, provide customer support, and ensure service satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Pella windows/doors.

Provide customers with product care tips.

Maintain service records and follow-up for customer satisfaction.

Perform job site walk-throughs.

Maintain vehicle inventory, schedule vehicle maintenance, and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

Mechanical and construction experience.

Ability to lift 100+ lbs and work at heights.

Valid driverโ€™s license with clean record.

Customer service skills and safety-conscious.

Ability to work independently and use smartphones/computers for service updates.

Additional Information

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (details on payout schedule provided during interview)
