Pegasus Chevrolet in Ennis is looking for a driven, performance-focused Parts Manager to take full control of our parts department and maximize profitability.

This is not a maintenance role — we want a leader who knows how to drive gross, control obsolescence, increase turns, and build a strong relationship between parts and service. If you understand inventory metrics and hold your team accountable daily, we want to talk to you.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise parts department personnel
• Manage all aspects of parts inventory and stocking strategy
• Control gross profit margins and departmental expenses
• Monitor and reduce obsolescence
• Increase inventory turns and internal fill rates
• Maintain accurate cycle counts and inventory controls
• Ensure strong coordination with the service department
• Maintain manufacturer compliance and warranty procedures
