JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a JAVA Developer with Engineering experience for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team, you'll use your expertise in Software Engineering by utilizing Automation Anywhere and other scripting languages to design, develop, and deliver Automations that can replace manual and time consuming work done today through manual processes. Working with other Software Engineers and Specialists, your automated solutions will return significant time back to Business and Technology Associates from manual work, and will help provide business insights that may otherwise be missed. The Software Engineer will partner with Business end-users, Technology specialists, and other Leaders to identify opportunities for RPA development within the Financial Services line of business. You will use your technical experience to consult on the best use cases for RPA, guide other Developers in the creation of Bots for federated solutions, and develop Bots directly for centralized solutions with the highest business value.
Responsibilities:
•Provide subject matter expertise in the delivery of RPA automation solutions. • Work with a team of Engineers and other Delivery teams to timely deliver against acceptance criteria as it relates to the Experience intake requests. • Collaborate with other RPA team members for Continuous Improvement activities within the RPA domain. • Maintain and improve operational efficiency while supporting and maintaining existing Bots. • Build amazing RPA solutions that meet the needs of the business. • Provide recommendations for delivering RPA solutions within a fast paced environment. • Support other tasks as needed, such as product migrations, Integration activities, vulnerability remediation, and Platform maintenance tasks. • Assist in migration of moving existing BOTS into new system.
Main Qualifications:
•Java Dev with RPA experience - needing someone more senior in the field who is comfortable speaking with and working with internal partners and customers. • Minimum of 2 years leading RPA projects with customers (internal or external). • Utilizing RPA Platforms such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere(preferred), or Blue Prism • cloud-hosted solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, CodeDeploy, or CodePipeline
