Job description

RPA Developer – CACI International, Norco, CA (Full‑time)

Opportunity

CACI is looking for a mid‑level RPA developer to be part of a growing team working with customers to define and document automation requirements, define process flows, and work with technical team members to develop and unit test automated processes ensuring alignment with business requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and will demonstrate the ability to work with both business users and developers to ensure deliverables fulfill business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with project teams and end users to identify and clarify application and automation requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, guidelines, and best practices; produce high‑quality, maintainable work.
  • Review and validate technical documentation for consistency with functional and business requirements.
  • Develop test plans, test scripts and conduct unit testing and integration testing.
  • Perform feasibility analyses on proposed automation projects and provide recommendations to management.
  • Resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues; respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Support the migration of automations into production, including end‑user support, error handling, and updating documentation.
  • Assist in the migration of the developed automation into production; including supporting end‑user process changes, error‑handling procedures, help desk procedure updates, etc.
QualificationsRequired
  • Over 5 years supporting clients in RPA and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance, including UiPath (required).
  • Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices.
  • Strong applied knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots (both on‑premises and cloud environments).
  • Ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and other technologies as required to improve operational efficiency and lead production‑level automations in the Robotic Enterprise Framework.
  • Ability to work directly with federal stakeholders, translate needs, and propose automation solutions with clear ROI.
  • NACI clearance must be obtainable.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Desired
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., SAP IRPA, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Prior experience automating SAP applications (strongly preferred) and other technologies.
  • Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or integrating AI models into automation solutions.
  • Experience working with public sector clients (U.S. Federal, State, and Local Governments).
