Pediatric Associates is seeking a part-time Outpatient Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our practice in Boca Raton, FL.

Position Overview:

  • Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-5pm - afternoons only
  • Rotated Saturday mornings
  • No rounding or call schedule
  • EMR: eClinical Works with AI charting capabilities

Experience:
  • 2 years of general pediatric experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant is required
Education, Licensure & Certification:
  • Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
  • Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
  • Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006, must be board certified
  • Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
