Job description

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Pediatric Partners is passionate about working with children and their families to achieve meaningful goals, and its growing team is always seeking new talent to help serve the children and families of North Dakota and Minnesota.
We're seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in Fargo, ND. Whether you're an experienced BCBA or newly certified, if you're committed to helping children build meaningful skills and reach their full potential, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Pediatric BCBA, you'll help children with a medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), along with a range of other developmental and behavioral needs, develop skills, build independence, and thrive in their daily environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (as needed), develop individualized treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans as needed
  • Complete initial evaluations and re-evaluations every 6 months
  • Provide direct therapy (as needed) along with supervision of Behavior Management Therapists (BMTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and/or Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans and behavior plans as needed
  • Partner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settings
  • Maintain timely and clear documentation for assessments, supervision, and program modifications
  • Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, EI, and mental health professionals

What You'll Bring
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North Dakota
  • A genuine passion for working with children and families
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply. We'll support your growth!
