Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support brand marketing initiatives with a primary focus on a large-scale endurance sports partnership activation (March-October 2026). This role blends strategic brand marketing support with hands-on partnership execution and requires serving as a brand ambassador across all consumer and partner touchpoints. The position involves significant travel during peak event season to ensure strong on-site brand presence and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at endurance sports events and with key partnership stakeholders
  • Develop and execute marketing copy for partnership communications, event collateral, email campaigns, and internal updates
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations, including project coordination, asset management, and administrative tasks requiring marketing judgment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize collaboration and activation effectiveness
  • Coordinate on-site brand presence at events, including expo booth management, athlete sampling, and VIP experiences
  • Liaise with event organizers to ensure all contractual deliverables are met with brand excellence
  • Track activation metrics and compile performance insights to inform partnership strategy
  • Support broader marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning
  • Agency experience preferred, with comfort working from briefs and collaborating across creative teams
  • Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats (email, collateral, social, internal communications)
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Professional, relationship-driven communicator who represents the brand effectively
  • Ability to travel extensively during peak season (15+ event weekends, March-October)
