Peak Physical Therapy, located in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and professional full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the lives of our patients by promoting mobility and functionality through expert physical therapy services. At Peak Physical Therapy, we pride ourselves on being a privately-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic. Our team is comprised of two skilled physical therapists and a certified physical therapist assistant (PTA) who are all dedicated to providing exceptional care. Our practice caters primarily to patients with private medical insurance and is known for its state-of-the-art 5,000 square-foot sports medicine facility which is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and amenities.

This full-time position is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with our patients and colleagues. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' objectives and specific needs, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to individual goals.
• Manage a caseload of patients, seeing one patient per hour, allowing for focused and dedicated attention to each individual’s therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement effective care plans that utilize a variety of treatment techniques aimed at improving range of motion, mobility, and overall physical function.
• Provide evidence-based interventions that reduce reliance on medications, promoting non-surgical alternatives wherever possible.
• Design tailored fitness and rehabilitation programs, motivating patients to actively engage in their recovery process.
• Monitor progress closely through ongoing evaluations and maintain clear communication with patients and their families regarding treatment outcomes.
• Document patient care services meticulously to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards of practice.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across disciplines to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of the patient's health.
• Encourage and educate patients on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. We are committed to providing personalized treatment for diverse needs, from athletes seeking to return to peak performance to older adults striving to maintain mobility and independence. By fostering a positive and motivating environment, we empower patients to take control of their recovery.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid Massachusetts license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Clear professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Adept in manual therapy techniques and comprehensive exercise protocol design.
• Proficiency in utilizing WebPT EMR Software to document patient care efficiently.

• Experience working specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in applying evidence-based practices to achieve favorable patient outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create trusting relationships with patients and their families.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more.
