Peak Physical Therapy, located in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and professional full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient practice. About the Organization

At Peak Physical Therapy, we pride ourselves on being a privately-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic. Our team is comprised of two skilled physical therapists and a certified physical therapist assistant (PTA) who are all dedicated to providing exceptional care. Our practice caters primarily to patients with private medical insurance and is known for its state-of-the-art 5,000 square-foot sports medicine facility which is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and amenities.

Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with our patients and colleagues. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. Within our state-of-the-art facility, you will collaborate in a team-driven environment where personalized patient care is at the forefront of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' objectives and specific needs, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to individual goals.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, seeing one patient per hour, allowing for focused and dedicated attention to each individualโ€™s therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that utilize a variety of treatment techniques aimed at improving range of motion, mobility, and overall physical function.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions that reduce reliance on medications, promoting non-surgical alternatives wherever possible.
  • Design tailored fitness and rehabilitation programs, motivating patients to actively engage in their recovery process.

Compensation and Benefits
