This position also provides administrative support to our agency and requires someone who is comfortable balancing customer outreach with operational tasks.
Applicants must currently hold an active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License in their resident state.
Your Typical Workday
  • Join daily team huddles to stay aligned on priorities and goals.
  • Receive ongoing coaching and training to build your insurance knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding policy renewals, billing reminders, policy reviews, coverage recommendations, and other service opportunities.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customers' insurance protection while connecting them with licensed agents when appropriate.
  • Follow up with customers regarding requested documents, outstanding items, or policy servicing needs.
  • Assist with administrative projects including data entry, policy documentation, scheduling, and other operational support.
  • Meet with your manager as needed for coaching, feedback, and professional development.
Qualifications

  • Previous insurance agency, customer service, retention, or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound customer calls.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
Here's What We Offer
  • Hourly Rate + Bonus - Starting at $16/hour plus bonus opportunities.
  • Vacation Time - Start with 4 days of paid vacation, with additional days earned over time.
  • Sabbatical Leave - Enjoy a paid week off every year after 9 months of employment.
  • Comprehensive Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
  • Education & Training Investment - Up to $5,250 per year for continued education and professional development.
  • Financial Planning Support - 401(k) access
  • Career Development - Ongoing coaching, training, and opportunities for advancement.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Confidently make outbound calls and communicate insurance information clearly and professionally.
  • Stay organized while balancing customer outreach and administrative responsibilities.
  • Be dependable, self-motivated, and committed to helping our customers protect what matters most.

  • 100% remote position with a flexible work-from-home environment.
  • Supportive team culture that values collaboration and growth.
