Job description

Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring for Full Time Recruiters. This position is responsible for recruiting and hiring candidates in a timely manner while following the agreed upon procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide initial contact to candidates, follow up with candidates to sign offer and onboarding documents, and scheduling and confirming testing. Follow ups include three contact attempts before rejecting candidates.
  • Manage and document all communication with candidates.
  • Work with the human resources department to ensure the candidate goes through the hiring process smoothly and timely.
  • Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation.
  • Update HRIS.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, churches, senior centers, employment agencies, etc. and providing company information and opportunities.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and ensuring qualifications to job requirements.
  • Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
  • Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Must be able to travel locally as necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • PDW Headquarters located in Dearborn, MI. Must be willing to travel between locations as needed.
  • Excellent confidentiality and communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
