PDS Tech Commercial is seeking detail-oriented and quality-focused FAA Painters to join a manufacturing team supporting aerospace production. In this role, you'll help ensure aircraft-related components receive the protective coatings and finishes necessary to meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Whether you have industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace painting experience—or are looking to grow your skills in a highly regulated environment—this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career.

What You'll DoSurface Preparation & Painting
  • Prepare parts and assemblies for painting through:
    • Cleaning
    • Masking
    • Sanding
    • Surface preparation techniques
  • Apply primers, paints, and specialty coatings using spray-painting equipment
  • Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and work instructions
 Quality Inspection
  • Inspect coated surfaces to ensure:
    • Proper coverage
    • Finish consistency
    • Color accuracy
    • Compliance with engineering specifications
  • Perform touch-up and rework activities as required
 Equipment & Work Area Maintenance
  • Maintain paint equipment and tools in safe working condition
