As a Strategy Analyst or Associate, you'll drive strategic initiatives across our product portfolio. Your work will focus on pricing, product launches, customer experience, cross-sell initiatives, and exploring new channels or industries. This role is pivotal in understanding the impact of our strategies on product adoption and business growth.
As a product-led growth company with a dual sales-led and self-serve motion, your ability to diagnose, own, and resolve onboarding barriers will be critical to our success.
Who You Are
  • If applying for the Associate position: 1-3 years of experience in technology (B2B SaaS), management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity

  • Monitor key performance metrics and report insights
  • Analyze and prioritize efforts across industries, markets, customer segments and selling motions
  • Diagnose barriers to customer activation/engagement and operationalize solutions
  • Support leadership with board reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Provide analytical support to senior leaders across functional teams
