Les defis qui vous attendent

Sous l'autorite du superieur immediat, vous etes responsable de supporter les differentes parties prenantes dans la conception et l'amelioration des processus, methodes et outils lies a la gestion de projets et/ou programmes strategiques du Service. Vous participez a la planification, l'execution et le controle des projets afin de les livrer dans les delais et a l'interieur des budgets etablis.

Vous vous assurez de la performance du portefeuille de projets du Service en produisant des rapports mensuels faisant etat de la situation. Vous maintenez une vision d'ensemble des differents projets et programmes et fournissez le portrait exact en temps reel aux differentes parties prenantes selon leurs besoins et leur niveau d'implication.

Le profil ideal pour nous
  • Detenir un baccalaureat en administration ou tout autre baccalaureat juge pertinent;
  • Posseder cinq (5) annees d'experience notamment:
    • gestion de projets de construction et/ou en gestion de portefeuille ;
    • controle de cout projets ;
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques tels que Word, Excel (niveau avance), MS-Project et Project Management;
  • La connaissance du logiciel Power BI, un atout.
