Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Quality Inspector to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our healthcare facilities consistently meet PCMS White-Glove Standards through routine inspections, customer rounding, employee coaching, and continuous quality improvement.

This is more than just an inspection position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in developing employees, building strong customer relationships, and helping our teams provide an exceptional experience every day.

As a Housekeeping Quality Inspector, you will spend your day visiting multiple healthcare facilities, performing detailed quality inspections, conducting customer rounding with facility leadership, coaching employees in the field, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with Operations Leadership to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine quality inspections at assigned healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct customer rounding with nurses, department leaders, and facility management to ensure satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while serving as a professional representative of PCMS.
  • Coach and develop housekeeping employees in real time by providing constructive feedback, encouragement, and recognition.
  • Ensure facilities consistently meet PCMS White-Glove Standards and customer expectations.
  • Complete inspection reports, documentation, and follow-up action plans.
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements to Operations Leadership.
  • Follow up on deficiencies to ensure corrective actions have been completed.
  • Communicate quality concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new housekeeping employees when needed.
  • Travel between assigned facilities throughout the workday.
