Looking for Pega consultants in all levels including LSA, SSA, SA's. Remote during Pandemic
Required Qualifications:
11. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Required:
  • Knowledge of the Pegasystems, Inc., platform.
  • Possess Pega certifications (Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA), Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA))
  • Experience with large scale enterprise Pega implementation (1-3 years)
  • Demonstrated collaboration and meeting facilitation skills
  • Significant experience leading business process modernization in large organizations to improve customer service and employee productivity
  • Experience in design-thinking methods, such as data-led prototyping and prioritization, project management, and agile / iterative development
  • Experience in business architect design with the Pega platform
  • Communication planning and communications execution
  • Experience ingesting large and complex sets of data and converting them into actionable data-insights and ability to produce process workflows to illustrate
  • Significant change management experience within the Client organization or another large public organization
  • SAFe knowledge and experience using scaled agile to accommodate large enterprise implementations
  • Microsoft Office application such as MS Visio or similar application for building process flows

Qualifications

• General understanding of Client organizations and tax administration programs
• Understanding of Client Enterprise Case Management Design Principles
