Do you thrive at the intersection of complex hardware design and high-volume manufacturing? We are looking for a dedicated Product Test Engineer to take ownership of next-generation production test solutions, transforming intricate IC designs into reliable, market-ready technology.
In this role, you will be the technical bridge between design and mass production, leading the development of advanced ATE board hardware, driving yield and cost-reduction initiatives, and ensuring the seamless release of new products. What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement next-generation production test solutions.
  • Design advanced digital, power, and mixed-signal ATE board schematics; lead PCB layout reviews; and support probecard/loadboard design, debug, and release to mass production.
  • Collaborate closely with IC design engineers, validation engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in multi-functional meetings to resolve complex production issues.
  • Support NPI software development and test program release to mass production.
  • Translate datasheets into test hardware requirements.
  • Drive yield improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Provide support for customer returns and failure analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or MS with 3+ years.
  • Experience with High-volume production ramps and mixed-signal test hardware debug.
  • Broad understanding of circuit blocks (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, amplifiers, charge pumps, temperature sensors).
  • Familiarity with digital communication protocols (I2C, SPI, SPMI, I2S, TDM).
  • Proficiency in data and yield analysis tools (Spotfire, JMP, Syntricity, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with other teams.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or UltraFlexPLUS platforms.
  • Expertise in automation or scripting languages (Python preferred).
  • Familiarity with OTP, flash, and other non-volatile memory testing.
