Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
A day in this roleAt 6:00 am, you step into a tidy, quality-driven electronics shop floor. You open your work orders, review schematics and build docs, and set up your bench with magnification and hand tools. Through the morning, you place and solder both through-hole and SMT parts with steady hands, performing fine work under a microscope. After lunch, you inspect assemblies to IPC-A-610 criteria, touch up joints, and rework anything that doesn’t meet spec. When a board needs attention, you troubleshoot, replace components, and verify the fix. You wrap up by documenting results, organizing your station, and supporting the team’s production targets without compromising quality.
