Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home support and personal care services to clients in the New Haven County area. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and able to travel between client locations as needed.
Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Monitor and report changes in client condition

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

  • Follow care plans and agency policies

  • Document services provided accurately and timely
    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of PCA, caregiver, home health aide, or related healthcare experience required

    • Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

    • Ability to travel and work in:

      • Madison

    • Negative TB test result within the past 24 months required
