Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in Lake Norman, Cornelius, Huntersville, and surrounding areas. As a PCA, you will make a meaningful difference by helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. $16-$17 HOURLY with flexible full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, and next-day pay.

About the Role:

As a PCA (Personal Care Assistant), you will provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and emotional support.
