Personal Care Aide (PCA) Opportunity at Quality Life Services - Westmont

Looking for Part-Time Evenings/Nights + Every Other Weekend

Med Tech Certification Preferred, But Not Required

Quality Life Services in Johnstown, PA is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to work as a Personal Care Aide. As a Personal Care Aide, you will be working in our Personal Care location and have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older adults. PCAs willbe part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.

A high school diploma or GED is required

Personal Care Aides have the option to get FREE Med Tech training! Earn a promotion and more money through our Med Tech classes and training!

Here is what a day in the life of a Personal Care Aide looks like:

  • Assisting residents with ADL's as needed
  • Passing medications
  • Shower/bath residents as scheduled or needed
  • Make resident beds
  • Charting as needed
  • Providing resident activities as scheduled
  • Communicate any concerns with next shift or PC Administrator
  • Identify all safety hazards and emergency situations
