Join our team at The Terraces at Westminster as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Full-Time Opportunity: 3pm-11pm, 11pm - 7am. Every Other Weekend Required. $17 - $19 / hour (all-inclusive). We Offer Daily Pay!

Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

  • Assist licensed and certified staff in providing quality resident care and support.
  • Make beds and maintain tidy, organized resident rooms.
  • Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within the resident's reach.
  • Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.
  • Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.
  • Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.
  • Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.
