The Team Lead Central Scheduler performs a variety of tasks that requires basic knowledge of systems and procedures. Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the position is responsible for scheduling procedures for various departments in the hospital. The position is also responsible for all incoming faxes for multiple ancillary departments in the hospital. The position is also responsible for checking medical necessity for patients with Medicare insurance on the PCA system. EDUCATION:
