You will develop and run CMM inspection programs that ensure parts meet engineering and customer requirements, directly supporting production, quality, and engineering stakeholders on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). This is an onsite role where your work enables timely first-article, in-process, and final inspections to maintain product conformance and drive continuous improvement.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Develop, validate, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS, Polyworks, Camio, or equivalent software
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and customer requirements to create inspection routines
  • Set up and operate CMM equipment to perform dimensional inspections on machined, fabricated, and assembled components
  • Execute first article, in-process, final, and receiving inspections and generate inspection reports
  • Verify calibration status of inspection equipment and maintain proper records
  • Troubleshoot programming and measurement discrepancies and communicate nonconformances to Quality, Engineering, and Production
  • Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, internal/customer audits, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Recommend process improvements to increase inspection efficiency and product quality
