Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will support the successful delivery of TDโ€™s Payments Modernization portfolio, with a primary focus on Modern High Value Payments and related cross-border wires modernization initiatives. This role will lead complex delivery planning, integrated execution, governance coordination, RAID management, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and executive-ready reporting across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor partners. The role requires a strong delivery leader who can operate in a highly matrixed environment, manage multiple releases and dependencies, support TD delivery governance expectations, and help drive disciplined execution across program workstreams. The successful candidate will bring strong project management experience, payments domain knowledge, delivery lifecycle discipline, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Partner with business, operations, technology, product, risk, compliance, change management, finance, and vendor stakeholders to align delivery expectations and maintain clear ownership across workstreams. Support Modern High Value Payments delivery activities, including release planning, integration readiness, operational readiness, vendor deliverables, testing coordination, implementation planning, and transition-to-BAU considerations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise leadership updates, meeting materials, action summaries, escalation notes, and decision-ready recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain delivery momentum, and drive closure across multiple owners and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project planning tools, collaboration platforms, JIRA/Confluence, Clarity, and reporting materials used to manage enterprise delivery execution.
